What happens when I arrive to sell my car?

You will be greeted by a member of staff usually Leigh Charlesworth, our purchaser at Irlam who will offer you a light refreshment,  Leigh will then firstly check your documentation to ensure you have the correct documents and proofs of identity and will then conduct a short inspection of your car to check its condition.  This usually takes around ten minutes so you'll be free to enjoy a cup of coffee or if you prefer, you can join Leigh while your car is given its inspection. Click here to see a video guide about how to "sell my car"

How will I be able to get home once you've agreed to buy my car?

Most customers bring a friend or relative along to give them a lift home but if you need to use public transport, you'll be pleased to know that there are plenty of options.

• Taxi - Leigh will be happy to arrange for a local taxi firm to collect you.
• Train - Irlam station is located close by Leigh will be happy to drop you at the station.
• Bus - Frequent buses run from just outside our branch
