What happens when I arrive to sell my car?

You will be greeted by a member of staff usually Andy White, our purchaser at Kettering who will offer you a light refreshment, Andy will then firstly check your documentation to ensure you have the correct documents and proofs of identity and will then conduct a short inspection of your car to check its condition.  This usually takes around ten minutes so you'll be free to enjoy a cup of coffee or if you prefer, you can join Andy while your car is given its inspection. Click here to see a video guide which explains how we "buy your car"

How will I be able to get home once I've sold my car?

Most customers bring a friend or relative along to give them a lift home but if you need to use public transport, you'll be pleased to know that there are plenty of options.
