What happens when I arrive to sell my car?

You will be greeted by a member of staff usually James Alsop, our purchaser at Bristol who will offer you a light refreshment, James will then firstly check your documentation to ensure you have the correct documents and proofs of identity and will then conduct a short inspection of your car to check its condition.  This usually takes around ten minutes so you'll be free to enjoy a cup of coffee or if you prefer, you can join James while he gives your motor the once over. Click here to see a video guide about how to "sell my car"

How will I be able to get home once you've agreed to buy my car?

Most customers selling their car bring a friend or relative along to give them a lift home but if you need to use public transport, you'll be pleased to know that conveinient transport links are close by.

• Taxi - James will be happy to call for a local taxi firm to collect you.
• Train - Bristol station is located just 10 minutes by taxi..
