So how does it work?  
The idea is simple....

As a customer,
I want to sell my car, I log onto www.trademymotor.co.uk and I input my car registration number, confirm a few details, including my contact info and sit back waiting for the quote to arrive.

As a franchisee,
I know that the dealership closest to the person selling the car is sent the car details. I log on to the bespoke administration area (having received a system email letting me know I have a quote to do), which allows me to manage every aspect of the business. I view the car details; make a decision based on the CAP and Glasses valuations shown, condition etc.., on how much I wish to bid for the car. I then send back a quote for the customer and wait for it to be accepted.

As a customer,
I then receive an email quote telling what www.trademymotor.co.uk will be bid me on the car. When I choose to accept, I simply press ‘accept’ on the email, which then takes me to the unique online acceptance area, where I can view my dealers location, schedule an appointment and get all the information I need to know when bringing the car to the dealer. Once I have confirmed the appointment date and time, I then simply need to wait for my confirmation email and turn up on the day with all the documents in hand. I then get paid via BACS. It’s that simple!

As a franchisee,
I am sent an email telling me the appointment time and that my quote has been accepted. I log into the bespoke admin area and check my diary and then wait for the car to turn up on the allotted day. All I then have to do is appraise the car, ensure I am happy with the quote given and reduce it if the information inputted on the website was ‘a little liberal with the truth’ and then simply send the money and provide a receipt. It’s that simple!
